In february 2011 Anne Chris will go on tour in Asia! The tour starts of in Thailand, where her last CD ‘’Play for Now’’ will be released. Following this release there’ll be concerts in Bangkok and Koh Samui, to start off with. After Thailand, Anne Chris will join the Dutch Jazz Expedition in India, where she will tour with 10 other Dutch jazzartists (Mike del Ferro-piano, DJ Maestro, Saskia Laroo-trumpet, Izaline Calister-vocals, among others). They will be performing in Mumbai and travel to Goa for more concerts, workshops, jazzblends and networkmeetings. This is all very exciting; and the second time in 6 months that Anne Chris is on tour in India. Indians must really like her! Anne Chris is receiving fan mail from Japan regularly as well. Apparently her popularity is rising over there as well. A tour in Japan next? Who knows…
